  2. This contract sets out the rights and obligations between the User and VIPELOBOOST.

  3. The User may make use of the ELO Boost, Coaching and digital account sales services offered through vipeloboost.com.

  4. By accepting the terms set out in this contract, the User undertakes to proceed with the transaction.

2. Subject of the Contract

3. Order, Payment and Delivery

  1. Placing an Order: The User may complete their order with a user account or a guest account.

  2. Payment: Payment is made using the methods specified by VIPELOBOOST.

  3. Delivery:

    • ELO Boost and Coaching services: the service is provided once the order has started.

    • Digital products: account details are delivered electronically.

4. User's Obligations

  1. The User is obliged to provide accurate and complete information.

  2. The User is obliged to comply with the site rules and applicable law when using the service.

  3. VIPELOBOOST accepts no liability in the event of misuse of the service or a detected violation on third-party platforms.

5. Dispute Resolution

The Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between the parties.

6. Final Provisions

This contract takes effect the moment the User completes and confirms an order on the website. VIPELOBOOST has the right to amend the provisions of this contract whenever deemed necessary. Changes take effect once published on the website. The Buyer agrees that they have read and understood all provisions of this contract.
