7. How Long Your Personal Data Will Be Stored

Your personal data will generally be stored by us for as long as it is needed and necessary to fulfil the requirements of the contract we have agreed upon.

• Email Address: this information will be used to provide access to the User Account on our website. This information will be kept for a maximum of 6 years from the user's last activity to their last action.

• Full Name: kept in the database in order to send payments to users such as regular Users, Supporters and Coaches. This information will be removed once at least 2 years have passed since the last payment made to these persons.

• Payment Information: kept in the database in order to send payments to users such as regular Users, Boosters and Coaches. This information will be removed once at least 2 years have passed since the last payment made to these persons.

• IPv4 and IPv6 Address: this information may be used to identify users and any potentially harmful activities they may attempt. This information will be deleted from our systems 3 years after the records relating to it are created.

• Age: this type of information is used for the Booster & Coach recruitment process and will be deleted 3 years after the date it was collected.

• Country: this type of information is used for the Booster & Coach recruitment process and is deleted 3 years after the date it was collected.

• Languages: this type of information is used for the Booster & Coach recruitment process and will be deleted 3 years after the date it was collected.

• Login Status Information: this type of information is collected in order to identify a logged-in user during an activity, for the purpose of detecting any potentially harmful and unwanted activities they may carry out on our site. This information will be removed from our systems 3 years after it is created.

8. Is Your Personal Data Shared?

We may sometimes need to share your personal data, in part or in full, with third parties such as payment gateway providers, database/server storage companies and marketing partners.

In any case where we may need to share your personal data with a third party, the manner in which your personal data is delivered/transmitted/ transferred to those third parties will be done in a separate, secure and safe way.
