5. Refundable and Non-Refundable Cases

Refundable and non-refundable cases are as follows:

  • Refundable: If performance of the service has not begun or the digital product has not been delivered.

  • Non-Refundable: If all or part of the service has been provided and/or use of the service has begun.

The Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this refund policy.
